Architecture Quality Assurance/Quality Control Leader
CUBE 3 is a design and innovation leader headquartered in North Andover, MA, with a focus on architecture and construction. The QA/QC Leader will be responsible for ensuring compliance with codes and standards, conducting milestone drawing reviews, and providing ongoing training to improve technical capabilities across project teams.

Responsibilities
Milestone Drawing Reviews of all projects
Ongoing Staff Training for Design and Construction QA/QC including in-office Lessons Learned seminars and on-site CA Training
Ensure that company documentation is efficient, constructible, and code compliant
Maintains and Develops Office Standard Details Database in coordination with CUBE 3 QAQC Director and CUBE 3 BIM Manager
Coordinates with BIM Manager and CIO to ensure the company is employing the latest information technology, programs, and production protocols to ensure efficient delivery of projects
Navigate and limit CUBE3’s legal exposure wherever possible
Work closely with QA/QC Director to ensure company-wide QA/QC is maintained
Reviews Project Status Reports quarterly, performs drawing reviews prior to each deliverable in project, and performs project audits as required during each phase of design
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10 years related experience in architecture and/or construction professions with strong technical, documentation, detailing and construction expertise
Professional Associates, Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction from an accredited program
Delivered at least five large ground-up buildings from Design through Construction Administration, including at least two high-rise residential projects of 20+ stories comparable to what CUBE 3 Miami designs and delivers
A comprehensive understanding of FL State and Municipal Building and Accessibility Codes
A valid, unrestricted driver's license and driving record, as deemed acceptable by our firm's liability insurance carrier, must be presented and maintained
Maintain an active cell phone account for use for work related calls and emails. CUBE3 will need access to the employee during normal business hours, minimum, and in some cases, after hours and weekends
A comprehensive understanding of construction techniques, standard and protocols
Proficiency in REVIT and Bluebeam, which are the primary production and drawing mark-up tools, respectively
Demonstrated ability to solve problems, strong analytical skills
Exceptional verbal, written and presentation communication skills
Ability to teach and mentor younger staff to educate them on how buildings are designed and built
Demonstrate professional skill, high standards, sound judgment, and professionalism
Preferred
FL Registration preferred but not required. Architectural Stamping potential for FL-registered architects
LEED certification not required; but familiarity preferred
CAD familiarity a bonus, but not a requirement
