Responsibilities
Collaborate with technical and business subject matter experts to understand requirements and technical designs
Review requirements, user stories, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts; knowledge of front-end automation testing is a plus
Contribute to building automation test frameworks
Perform API testing
Optimize test scripts for performance, stability, and maintainability
Prepare test data and oversee readiness of test environments
Identify, document, report, and track QA defects
Track QA metrics such as test execution metrics, automation coverage, and defect metrics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Collaborate with technical and business subject matter experts to understand requirements and technical designs
Review requirements, user stories, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts; knowledge of front-end automation testing is a plus
Contribute to building automation test frameworks

Preferred
3 years of related work experience; 5+ years preferred
Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Knowledge of current software QA methodologies and tools
Experience in Automation using Object Oriented Programming languages is preferred
CI/CD experience is a plus
Experience with performance testing tools
Experience testing Desktop, Web Applications, large amounts of Data, and Reports
Knowledge of accessibility testing/tools
Experience working with complex SQL queries
Experience working with Version Control Systems
Strong Analytical, Problem-solving, and debugging skills
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Work independently, be engaged and willing to ask questions
