Responsibilities
Filling and preparing orders from online and the retail floor for customers
Taking in shipments of cannabis and weighing, inputting, packaging and labeling shipments for sale
Performing regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy
Performing work-station or assembly line type operations
Follows and executes compliant practices in accordance with state regulations and Pure Oasis' standard operating procedures
Promotes a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and rooted in education
Maintains extensive knowledge of Cannabis products
Is knowledgeable about MA compliance and reporting regulations
Maintains a clean, safe, and well managed work station
Acknowledges any inventory issues and properly reports them to management
Works effectively in a team environment
Completes other duties as assigned in a timely and appropriate manner
Qualification
Required
At least 21 years of age
Must have High School Diploma or GED to be considered
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Computer operating skills
Experience in a complex, fast-paced environment
Ability to genuinely and respectfully connect with coworkers and visitors
Desire to learn more about cannabis
Organization and planning skills
Strong operational skills in a service environment
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Ability to build relationships both internally as well as in the community
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Ability to work a mostly set and reliable schedule
Available to work occasional weekend hours as needed
Reliable Transportation
Must have the ability to successfully pass a background check annually
Must have the ability for approval of agent registration card from the Cannabis Control Commission
