Responsibilities

Formulating and driving strategy
Working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across all product areas
Managing the day-to-day progress of antitrust and regulatory matters
Operating as part of a supportive team of lawyers, legal specialists, and support staff

Qualification

Required

4+ years of major law firm and/or in-house litigation experience, including experience with competition-related litigation, subpoenas, and other investigations
JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar
Great judgment and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage the day-to-day progress of antitrust and regulatory matters
Highly efficient time management skills
Ability to strategically run litigation matters from beginning to end
High degree of self-sufficiency and independent judgment
Trial-focused approach

Preferred

Strong technology interest and aptitude
Trial experience and experience beyond competition related litigation
Excellent communication, analytical, organization, and negotiation skills are essential
