As a Production Technician at our production facility in Parsons, KS, you will ensure consistent, high-quality output in our manufacturing processes while collaborating closely with chemical operators and engineers.
Responsibilities
Monitor, control, and adjust chemical processing systems to maintain performance and safety
Support continuous production by ensuring equipment operates with precision and reliability
Execute routine maintenance, troubleshoot process issues, and follow quality control measures
Maintain accurate production logs and communicate proactively about variances or maintenance needs
Collaborate with the team to continuously refine processes and uphold our standard of craftsmanship and precision
Qualification
Required
U.S. citizenship with eligibility for REAL ID, background checks, and defense-related compliance
High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or vocational background a plus)
Previous experience in production, process technology, or manufacturing environments
A keen eye for precision, safety, and consistency with a craftsman's mindset
Physical readiness for plant conditions—lifting, standing, and operating in an industrial environment
Preferred
Experience in energetics, defense manufacturing, or chemical processing
Familiarity with instrumentation, process controls, or maintenance techniques
Strong collaboration skills, pride in workmanship, and commitment to continuous improvement
