Oversee all aspects of paving and concrete projects, from planning to completion, working with teammates and external vendors
Serve as clients' primary point of contact, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
Develop project timelines, track progress, and manage budgets to ensure efficient execution
Lead project teams, including subcontractors and internal staff, to ensure smooth collaboration and delivery
Ensure construction meets quality standards and regulatory requirements
Address issues as they arise, finding creative solutions to keep projects on track
Qualification
Required
5+ years in construction project management, preferably in commercial construction
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
