Responsibilities
Manage and review complex tax returns for HNW, individuals, partnerships, S/C-Corps
Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing technical guidance and review support
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a key advisor on tax strategies and planning opportunities
Oversee tax research and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Identify tax-saving opportunities and assist clients with multi-entity and multi-state structuring
Collaborate with firm leadership on business development, client retention, and firm-wide initiatives
Support process improvement and contribute to the firm’s continued modernization and efficiency efforts
Qualification
Required
CPA license required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; Master's in Taxation preferred
10+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience, including client-facing management responsibilities
Strong background in HNW, partnership, S-Corp, and C-Corp taxation
Demonstrated success managing staff and multiple concurrent engagements
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Interest in partnership track or leadership opportunities within a growing practice
Preferred
Master's in Taxation preferred
