Project Coordinator (Health Fund)
Building Services 32BJ Benefit Funds is responsible for administering various benefits to over 100,000 members. As a Project Coordinator, you will support teams in delivering data-driven products and managing enterprise data platforms to enhance healthcare services for union members.

Responsibilities
Assist the Process & Quality Engineering Manager in monitoring and tracking project progress
Track and manage updates on project activities and milestone status, issues and issue logs, and defects
Support Scrum Master(s) and Project Manager(s) in planning for capacity and project implementation phases of cross-organizational development teams
Collaborate with business owners to create user stories for development teams and prioritize backlogs
Participate in the IT teams Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning and grooming
Assist in preparing key status reports for relevant projects
Build strong working relationships with vendors, business stakeholders, IT and Analytics teams
Monitor and track work in Azure DevOps & other Project Management tools simultaneously
Perform quality reviews & user acceptance testing as needed
Provide operational support to teams for ad hoc projects, as needed, to ensure project deliverables are met
Support the implementation and maintenance of Data Governance policy requirements and standards for data and systems within your domain
Take and distribute meeting minutes: follow up on relevant action items
Perform other duties or projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
2+ years of Technical Project Coordination work in a related industry
Prior experience working with technology & data projects, preferably with big data technology
Demonstrated ability to meet commitments, build consensus, and negotiate resolutions
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication with both technical and business audiences
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Visio
Experience using software project management tools such as Azure DevOps and Asana
Proficiency with using dashboard/visualization tools: Azure DevOps Dashboards, Tableau, QlikView, or Power BI
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Platform is preferred
Detail oriented with excellent organizational, motivation, influence, analytics thinking, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to plan and take initiatives to accomplish objectives in a timely fashion
Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with vendors, project team members, supervisors, and employees from departments across the organization
Ability to escalate clearly, timely, and effectively
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Information Technology preferred
