Responsibilities

Execute the named responsibilities in ECM Process

ECR change investigation

ECN implementation planning

ECN/Waiver releases

Traceability data collection

Manage the HW product data in the NPI phases for Production Readiness

Assisting in operational PDM

Communicate Engineering Changes to the manufacturing sites

Establish yourself throughout the multi-functional Oura teams

Team up your key contacts in HW, in program management and in supply chain teams to drive Oura Product Data and Engineering Change Management processes

Qualification

Engineering Change ManagementProduct Data ManagementBOM ManagementTeamcenter PDM/PLMERP SystemsHolistic thinkingEnglish communicationProblem-solvingAttention to detailOrganizational skills

Required

B.Sc./M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management or related

Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering change management, product data management, or similar

Proficiency in item/BOM Management principles

Problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail

Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple priorities

Capacity for holistic thinking (integrating facts and details)

Cooperative, patient, and supportive demeanor

Excellent written and spoken English communication

Willingness to travel to Finland for the initial training period

Preferred

Prior experience in Teamcenter PDM/PLM and ERPs like NetSuite

Experience with wearable consumer products

Experience working in an international environment
