Responsibilities
Partner with a collaborative team of designers, writers, and marketers to bring creative ideas to life across multiple channels
Design and produce compelling creative for brand campaigns and always-on channels like social, dotcom, email, and display
Contribute to brand identity projects and ensure consistency across all client touchpoints
Create engaging design and motion that helps grow Wealthsimple’s brand and client base
Qualification
Required
Strong design chops and a portfolio that shows great taste, craft, and range across digital and brand work
A deep understanding of typography, colour, and hierarchy — and how to make them feel effortless
Fluency in Figma (non-negotiable) and comfort with Adobe Creative Suite
Experience designing for web, mobile, and occasionally the physical world
A collaborative spirit, clear communication, and a love for turning complex ideas into simple, beautiful design
