Responsibilities
Data Governance and Privacy: Initiates Design and implement scalable, reusable, and discoverable data pipelines and integrations across diverse systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and data governance policies
Data Model Evaluation: Resolve data integrity issues in collaboration with engineering and analytics teams. Promote upstream changes for long-term data quality and consistency
Develop Analytical Frameworks and Tools: Create prototype data models and tools to support business decision-making. Evaluate and improve existing models and analytical techniques, anticipating risks such as data leakage and methodological limitations
Drive Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Track advances in data engineering, architecture, and analytics. Adapt emerging technologies and methodologies to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability of data systems
Customer/Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, define data requirements, and deliver actionable insights. Lead conversations to interpret analytical results and articulate data-driven strategies
Qualification
Required
7+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 5+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
OR equivalent experience
Preferred
9+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 7+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
OR Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 5+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
OR equivalent experience
3+ years experience with using PowerBI, SQL, Python, Workday, Sales Force, or other data analytics tools
4+ years consulting experience
