Build and lead a high-performing data team, including data analysts and engineers
Define and execute Alpha Lion’s data strategy, governance framework, and analytics roadmap
Design and oversee the data architecture and infrastructure needed to scale
Develop reporting systems and dashboards that drive visibility across all departments
Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to uncover insights that fuel growth
Ensure data quality, reliability, and consistency across platforms
Guide the selection and implementation of data tools, pipelines, and integrations
Foster a data-driven culture where insights power every key decision
Qualification
