Responsibilities

Performs service, writes reports and helps identify customer solutions

Presents a good image of the company

Arrives at appointments on time

Inspect all equipment on site, look for additional aftermarket needs or completes opportunities

Cleans up after work and/or in the shop

Properly fills out and signs service report from the site

Build relationships and provide world class customer experiences

Communicate with the sales team all possible sales and partnership opportunities

Communicate daily with our service coordinator

Maintains a safe, clean, and orderly vehicle while meeting all companies and governmental safety and environmental regulations

Attends and actively participates in service meetings

Keeps up on vocational and safety training

Mechanical aptitude and desire to learn

Broad knowledge and experience in the industry

Excellent skills in both verbal and written communication

Ability to work both independently and within a team

A clean driving record is a must

Education degree(s) required: High School Diploma or equivalent

Acceptable driving record required according to company guidelines

Physical Demand: The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs unassisted and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs assisted

Ability to work in various industrial environments including extremes in hot and cold temperatures with continuous walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and kneeling

Must always wear and use proper PPE

Travel: Travel inside Western PA and WV, except for training at manufacturing facilities as needed
