Marketing Operations Manager (Remote - Fractional)

The Marketing Operations Manager will serve as a trusted partner to clients, overseeing data-driven initiatives that drive revenue growth and operational excellence while managing cross-functional teams and ensuring project delivery.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project goals, KPIs, and success metrics
Conduct comprehensive business and data analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and automation
Map current-state processes and design future-state workflows that enhance efficiency and scalability
Design and implement robust, data-driven marketing operations frameworks and architectures
Identify and recommend technologies and tools that align with client objectives
Develop and enforce data management best practices, including governance, security, and compliance
Create insightful dashboards, reports, and visualizations that translate data into actionable insights
Serve as Delivery Manager, leading end-to-end project execution and delivery
Oversee cross-functional teams (including technical PMs and builders) to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes
Monitor progress, manage resources, mitigate risks, and communicate status updates to stakeholders
Own project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction
Mentor and coach team members to enhance their marketing and data capabilities
Stay current with emerging MarTech, analytics, and RevOps trends; advocate for adoption of new tools and best practices
Identify ongoing process improvements and opportunities for operational excellence within projects and across RevOpsforce
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
10+ years of Marketing Operations experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Proven success in collaborating with Revenue Operations teams to design and implement data-driven strategies that accelerate growth and strengthen GTM performance
Strong technical foundation in data management, integration, and visualization
Proficiency in data modeling, ETL, and analytics (SQL, Python, R, Java preferred)
Expertise with BI platforms such as Domo, Tableau, or Looker
Deep knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, Cvent, Zoom, and other SaaS ecosystem tools (e.g., Drift, Integrate)
Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, and able to navigate ambiguity, anticipate needs, and drive outcomes
Experience working cross-functionally with distributed teams and managing multiple stakeholders
