Chief Delivery Officer, Operations Business Unit
CoDev is a company specializing in tech and development team expansion, providing staffing solutions since 2010. The Chief Delivery Officer (CDO) will lead the Operations Business Unit, focusing on service delivery excellence, team optimization, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Define and communicate a clear vision for the Operations BU aligned with CoDev’s mission and goals
Establish a high-performance, service-oriented team culture grounded in accountability, trust, and empowerment
Hire, develop, and retain top leadership and talent within the BU
Serve as the face of the Operations BU to internal and external stakeholders, representing CoDev at client meetings, events, and industry engagements
Drive a strategic roadmap for expanding services and refining delivery models across all support-related roles
Own the revenue growth strategy and performance of the Operations BU
Work with Sales and Marketing to develop compelling offerings for clients seeking remote support staff
Identify and develop new verticals or functions within the support space (e.g., finance, logistics, admin ops)
Lead conversion strategies to close new clients and upsell current ones
Champion customer-centricity and ensure exceptional client onboarding and long-term satisfaction
Oversee BU operations to ensure efficient, cost-effective service delivery and high-quality outcomes
Establish and track key operational and financial KPIs
Partner with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure optimal time-to-hire, team readiness, and performance
Improve BU systems and processes, including workforce management, client reporting, SOP development, and quality assurance
Ensure scalable delivery frameworks that support predictable results and client satisfaction
