Responsibilities
Lead infrastructure planning, design, and execution for Day 1 readiness and post-merger integration
Oversee migration of network, compute, storage, and end-user environments across legacy and target-state systems
Develop and manage detailed cutover plans for physical and cloud-based infrastructure components
Ensure business continuity and minimal disruption during transitions
Manage provisioning and migration of hybrid cloud environments (Azure, AWS)
Coordinate global network and connectivity alignment across all business regions
Work with security and compliance teams to validate architecture and operational readiness
Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application teams to ensure smooth end-to-end system integration
Partner with managed service providers and external vendors to deliver high-quality outcomes on schedule
Drive effective cross-functional communication and issue resolution across geographically distributed teams
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, dependency maps, and communication strategies
Present infrastructure readiness updates, risks, and mitigation plans to executive sponsors and steering committees
Track and report KPIs, program health metrics, and delivery milestones to ensure alignment with strategic goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
8+ years of experience leading complex IT infrastructure or M&A integration projects
Strong understanding of hybrid cloud technologies (Azure, AWS), networking, and end-user computing
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage global service providers
Exceptional communication, risk management, and executive reporting skills
Preferred
Master's degree
Experience in large-scale IT transformation or M&A environments
PMP, ITIL, or cloud certification (Azure/AWS)
