Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts across Performance Max, Search, Display, Video, and Demand Gen campaign types
Develop and implement AI-informed bidding strategies, creative testing frameworks, and audience segmentation approaches
Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce video and image-rich ad creative, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and performance insights
Analyze campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and report actionable insights to the Sr. Growth Marketing Manager
Stay ahead of evolving AI features, automation tools, and platform changes (e.g., Demand Gen campaigns, AI creative generation, Smart Bidding, etc.)
Test and scale new creative formats and audience combinations across Google and Microsoft ecosystems
Partner with analytics and data teams to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting across all campaigns
Contribute to broader growth initiatives across marketing channels and help Ownwell stay on the cutting edge of paid media innovation
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience managing paid search or paid media campaigns (agency or in-house)
Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max)
Familiarity with Microsoft Ads and an understanding of cross-channel strategy
Experience using AI-powered campaign types, such as Performance Max or Demand Gen, and comfort adapting to automation tools
Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, Excel, or similar reporting tools
A creative mindset with an understanding of how visual content (video, image, UGC) impacts campaign performance
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, growth-oriented attitude
Preferred
Google Ads or Microsoft Ads certifications
Experience with creative tools (Canva, Figma, or similar)
Familiarity with property tech, financial services, or similar consumer-facing industries
Understanding of conversion tracking setup and pixel management
