Responsibilities

Operate and maintain PCB Imaging systems
Review setup instructions, blueprints, and work orders to determine image requirements and machine settings
Clean PCB panels and prepare them for the imaging process
Load and unload PCB panels onto imaging machines, ensuring proper alignment, and securing
Apply photo-imageable materials to PCB surfaces
Inspect finished panels for quality and adherence to specifications
Maintain accurate records of production output, machine settings, and quality inspection results
Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with imaging equipment or processes
Adhere to safety protocols, wear appropriate personal protective equipment, and maintain a clean work environment
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and schedules
