Responsibilities
Address client inquiries, including managing standard and custom document requests
Complete due diligence questionnaires and requests for proposals, ensuring the firm is accurately represented in all external materials
Facilitate and process investor capital activity, including subscriptions, redemptions and transfers for client coverage
Perform monthly trade and account-level reconciliations with fund administrators
Manage certain recurring operational deliverables to meet compliance and investor reporting requirements. Ensure that all reports are accurate, timely, and adhere to regulatory standards and internal guidelines
Focus on maintaining robust operational controls and processes to streamline internal and investor-related activities, partnering with cross-platform partners like Fund Accounting, Private Funds Legal and Regulatory Reporting
Qualification
Required
2+ years of professional experience, with asset management, fund administrator or hedge fund background preferred
BA/BS degree with a strong academic record
Proficiency with IR standards and industry trends with a curiosity about process improvements
Ability to balance a dynamic workload and exercise good judgement across a variety of requests
Entrepreneurial, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and acute attention to detail
Effective organizational and time management skills
