Responsibilities

Lead and Grow: Take charge of the real estate and construction practice, managing a significant client portfolio (at least $2 million) and developing new business opportunities

Cultivate Relationships: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing exceptional service

Strategic Vision: Contribute to the strategic direction of the practice, identifying opportunities for expansion and innovation

Team Collaboration: Work closely with existing partners and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
