Responsibilities

Participates in product sustainment, product development, lab support, and engineering services in support of the Operational Flight Program (OFP), Test Program Set (TPS), Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance, and Mission Support (MS) business lines within the customer’s organization

Assist in evaluating current systems, planning of large-scale system projects, purchasing, installing and support of network communications, including LAN/WAN systems

Provides technical support to outside customers, such as System Program Offices

Provides acquisition support, independent verification and validation, and independent testing of externally acquired products

Provides consulting, research, analysis, reverse-engineering studies and other support tasks

Develop technical specifications and design documents

Work with stakeholders and manage project teams (internally) and/or externally

Required

Possess Secret security clearance

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering from an ABET accredited school

Minimum 15 years' experience with at least one of the following: Electronic Warfare, Radar, Sensors and Fusion, Communications, Navigation, Identification, Tactical Data Links and Networks, Information Assurance, Avionics OFPs, Support Equipment, Simulations, Systems Integration

Strong English language skills (both written and verbal)

Interest in new technologies and the ability to adapt to those new technologies

Ability to lead a team and carry development workload

Ability to work in a collaborative, Agile/Scrum environment
