Maintain professionalism and effective communication at all times
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
Familiarity with banking products and payment systems
Ability to follow structured processes and maintain accuracy
Professional telephone etiquette and verbal communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred
Experience in financial services or call center operations is a plus
