The role involves maintaining the Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) infrastructure in Microsoft Azure and on-premises servers, providing technical leadership, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support both infrastructures.

Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership to the SaaS operations team
Maintain Azure Services and on-premises platform
Monitor and optimize Azure resources for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency
Respond to incidents
Troubleshoot and resolve Azure and on-prem issues
Establish monitoring and customize the alerts
Create and maintain documentation for Azure and on-prem configurations, processes, and procedures
Collaborate with infrastructure engineers and interact with project managers
Handle day-to-day tickets based on priority order
Follow policies and procedures for time tracking, security, change control, and problem and incident management
Participate in the on-call rotation and planned maintenance activities after hours and on weekends when needed
Qualification
Required
Must have at least 5 years working experience within the IT field
A strong ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues is crucial. You should be able to identify and resolve problems efficiently
Azure - PaaS, networking, FrontDoor, databases and storage, hybrid infrastructure with on-prem and cloud, migration of applications to cloud
Azure Container application hosting and management
Active Directory, Group Policies, DFS, Windows Server infrastructure
Strong scripting skills with Bash, PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Yaml
Hands-on experience with DevOps tools, such as Azure DevOps, Github, and Ansible
Nutanix AHV Hypervisor or other Hypervisors
