Industrial Engineer
GE Aerospace is a leading company in the aerospace sector, seeking a Lead Manufacturing Engineer to support the manufacturing development of classified component manufacturing techniques for next generation engine programs. Responsibilities

Hard/soft capacity modeling
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the development of manufacturing processes for classified hardware
Lead and provide technical direction to projects with critical business impact
Drive rigor for documentation of projects and lessons learned
Make recommendations after analysis of the data using quality tools
Protect the Intellectual Property rights of the Company
Lead by example and model team member for the whole site
Use Lean Manufacturing techniques & tools to drive a systems mindset
Manage & Lead Manufacturing Readiness Projects
Qualification
Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or institution (OR a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years' experience in Industrial, Mechanical, Aerospace, Materials Science, Chemical or related program experience)
A minimum of 3 years in skillset
Preferred
Experience operating within Quality Systems (Ex: AS9100, NADCAP)
Skilled in the use of CAD modeling software (Unigraphics preferred)
Teamwork: Positive attitude, relationship builder, team player

Able to work on shop floor and interface between Technicians and Engineering
