Ordering medical records and preparing subpoenas
Managing pre-trial workup, creating trial binders, and sending documents to expert witnesses
Setting and calendaring depositions, preparing deposition notices, and arranging for court reporters
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience working on a dedicated case team, handling matters from inception through trial
Must have an ABA-approved paralegal certificate
Strong knowledge of state and federal court rules, all phases of discovery, and the ability to proofread and cite-check documents
Must be detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks across several case-related matters
Solid communication and time management skills are essential
Preferred
Familiarity with various programs such as Summation, CaseMap, iManage, and Trial Director
