New Grad, Entry LevelService Wire Company is a premier supplier of industrial and utility wire and cable, currently seeking a 1st shift Quality Technician. The Quality Technician will monitor the quality control system to ensure defect-free products are manufactured, performing inspections and testing to uphold quality standards.

Responsibilities
Engage in inspection and testing activities to verify technical and quality assurance
Investigate and correct customer issues and complaints relating to quality
Maintain various quality records involving customer care tickets, nonconforming products, and return authorizations, etc
Conduct internal quality audits to minimize, eliminate, and prevent nonconformity products
Assist manufacturing personnel with the development of production procedures to maximize product reliability and minimize costs
Analyze and review product data reports
Document and maintain quality control standards throughout various stages of production cycle
Assist with the implementation of inspection criteria and procedures
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED (General Equivalency Diploma)
Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently
Proficient in analyzing and resolving problems
Ability to work effectively with various departments and team members
Strong communication skills both oral and written
Strong organizational skills with strict attention to detail
Strong basic math skills
Preferred
2 year degree
Quality control experience or equivalent training
