Responsibilities

Represent clients in state, federal, and appellate courts throughout the United States

Appear before governmental/administrative boards, agencies, and commissions

Participate in arbitration and mediation panels

Handle complex business litigation, corporate dissolutions, environmental, labor and employment, consumer finance, appellate practice, government affairs and white collar, real estate, family law, and construction disputes

Qualification

Required

3-7 years of experience

Strong skills in communication, legal advocacy, and writing

Excellent academic credentials

A Florida bar license

A book of business
