Responsibilities
Drive complex architectural solutions by resolving cross-functional design and business challenges, optimizing performance, and removing bottlenecks
Lead development of enterprise applications ensuring scalability, flexibility, maintainability, and compliance with architectural standards
Mentor and guide teams across the full software development lifecycle, sharing expertise in methodologies, policies, standards, and controls
Design and build front-end applications using React.js, Redux, ES6, Babel, Webpack, HTML5, and CSS3 to deliver scalable, cross-browser solutions aligned with UX mockups
Integrate and test systems by supporting SIT/UAT, performing RESTful API integrations, and ensuring reliable, secure connectivity with back-end services
Ensure quality and maintainability by writing reusable components, implementing unit tests (Jasmine), and promoting best practices in software architecture and development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems (CIS), or related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)
5 years of experience in software development or a related field
4 years of experience in any of following competencies: frontend technologies (user interface/user experience), middleware (microservices and application programming interfaces), database technologies, or DevOps
4 years of experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (SDLC) through iterative agile development
Preferred
6 years of IT experience developing and implementing business systems within an organization
6 years of experience working with source code control systems, defect or incident tracking software, and/or writing technical documentation in a software development environment
6 years of experience in systems analysis, including defining technical requirements and performing high level design for complex solutions
4 years of experience working with an IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework
4 years of experience leading teams, with or without direct reports
Experience working with Continuous Integration/ Continuous Deployment tools
