The Accounting & Finance Internship Program offers motivated students hands-on experience in corporate finance and accounting within the LNG industry, focusing on day-to-day functions and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
Supporting journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities
Developing financial reports and variance analyses
Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
Researching accounting standards and supporting audit readiness
Analyzing operational or capital expenditures for leadership reporting
Understanding commercial operations and LNG business drivers
Researching small-scale natural gas producers in regions like the Permian and Eagle Ford
Supporting gas supply strategy analysis and feedgas-to-LNG supply chain learning
Performing freight calculations, including LNG shipping cost modeling
Creating tools such as an emissions calculator for EU ETS and IMO compliance
Qualification
Required
Students graduating May 2027 through December 2028, pursuing degrees in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or a related field
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and an ability to learn financial systems
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn
Interest in the energy or LNG industry
