Strategy & Transformation Analyst

The Sr. Strategy & Transformation Analyst will support the enterprise strategy and transformation agenda, providing data-driven insights and maintaining transformation roadmaps while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of high-priority initiatives.

Responsibilities

Support the execution of enterprise transformation initiatives by coordinating activities, timelines, and deliverables across functions
Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and progress tracking tools to ensure initiative visibility and accountability
Assist with preparing materials for C-level executive updates, Board of Directors meetings, steering committee meetings, and strategic initiative performance reviews
Partner with initiative owners, project leads, and functional teams to collect updates, validate data, and ensure alignment to enterprise goals
Conduct analyses to evaluate business impact, identify risks, and track key performance indicators across strategic initiatives
Support initiative governance processes, including scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation of action items and decisions
Support change management activities and communications to drive engagement and adoption of key initiatives
Conduct market, competitive, and internal performance analyses to inform strategic decisions
Assist in building and maintaining business cases and financial models under guidance from the Manager
Gather and synthesize data from multiple sources to support strategic planning, transformation tracking, and performance reporting
Translate findings into concise summaries and visualizations for leadership audiences
Executes ad-hoc analytic requests and report generation as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or project management
Strong project and program management experience with an emphasis on enterprise level cross-functional engagement management, including ownership and actioning of RAID (risk, assumption, issue, dependency) logs and decision logs
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience working in Excel and PowerPoint (financial modeling experience preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex topics clearly
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

Preferred

MBA preferred
Experience in a multi-unit, franchise, or consumer-facing business (fitness, hospitality, or QSR sectors), preferred
Familiarity with project management, portfolio management, or transformation office practices, preferred
Basic understanding of change management principles and strategic planning processes, preferred
