Responsibilities
Own a substantial portion of the product strategy and vision
Develop product roadmaps to execute on that vision
Work with engineering, science, project management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service, content acquisition, and executive teams to optimize the Prime Video Personalization & Discovery customer experience
Bring diverse perspectives, ideas, and skill-sets to make Prime Video even better for customers
Take on end-to-end ownership and successfully deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while keeping customers' best interests in mind at all times
Qualification
Required
2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
8+ years of technical product or program management experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience technical product management
Preferred
Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
