Responsibilities

Payroll or Census data scrubbing and verification
ADP/ACP testing and corrections
Profit sharing allocations
Employer safe harbor allocations
FT Williams compliance and 5500 experience (preferred, not required)
Secure and Secure 2.0 regulation updates and affects on Qualified Retirement Plans
Communicating with clients and advisors to discuss plan document permissions, allocations, and plan eligibility requirements

Required

General knowledge of data analytics, statistics and advanced mathematical calculation techniques as may be obtained with a 4-year degree in Mathematics, Business, or related technical field and minimum 1 year experience working with qualified pension and benefits plans in an administrative or technical capacity. Additional demonstrated experience may be substituted for education
Ability to gather and analyze data, perform mathematical calculations, identify, and solve problems and follow complex instructions
Ability to read and write at an advanced level to understand complex legal documents
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to internal staff and external clients and advisors in a manner that is clear and responsive to questions and issues
Ability to work individually and within a team. Ability to meet deadlines while working on multiple projects
Ability to perform analyses and produce professional reports and correspondence
Ability to learn and work with other retirement plan related system platforms and software as may be gained through training or prior work experience
Understanding of DBZ policies, procedures, mission, goals, objectives, and organization values as acquired through company handbook, written policies, and on-the-job experience
Ability to maintain designated membership in the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA)

Preferred

Comprehensive knowledge of FTW software and Microsoft Office software preferred
FT Williams compliance and 5500 experience (preferred, not required)
