Responsibilities
Process retail centralized AR, Bad Debt, and non-Trade AR payments in Legacy Systems
Triage, process, and escalate AR Adjustment and write-off (CBR) requests
Support Bad Debt processes
Support AR processes that are being transitioned back from Managed Services
Work with IT, branches and credit and collections teams to resolve AR system and account issues
Identify and resolve AR Aging issues (open balance resolution with other depts and branches)
Coordinate with a variety of stakeholders
Provide support as needed for other OTC and client teams
Perform UAT and regression testing as needed for related AR processes and systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required. Experience in lieu of degree may be considered
4 + years of related experience
Highly detail oriented
Self-Motivated and able to prioritize and work well with competing deadlines
Mature attitude and ability to deal effectively in a team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to troubleshoot issues
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong integrity and business ethics
Ability to lead by example and work well with others
Demonstrated analytical skills are required
Intermediate level of Excel skills is required
