Responsibilities
Perform data entry following prescribed or established formats
Assist in the development of documents for proposals and reports
Compose and/or draft correspondences and reports
Track projects, proposals and any other related items
Create, distribute and track client invoices
Track, process and submit expense reports via ChromeRiver
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
3+ years of relevant office or administrative experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat & Reader
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical skills
Self-directed, organized, and able to work with minimum supervision
Ability to work within a team environment
Ability to adjust work schedule to meet deadlines
Must be able to read, write, speak & comprehend English
Must be able to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone
Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screen
Requires frequent bending, reaching, standing, walking, sitting, pushing, and pulling exerted regularly throughout the work shift
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
Experience working in an engineering, construction or environmental field is a plus
