Responsibilities
Architect, design, and implement scalable solutions using PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
Establish and enforce Power Platform governance, including environment strategy, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), and security standards
Implement DevOps best practices within the Power Platform ecosystem — including CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and automated deployments using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
Automate manual processes to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enable continuous delivery
Define and implement standards for solution versioning, documentation, and lifecycle management
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and infrastructure teams to align technical architecture with organizational goals
Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party systems as needed
Mentor developers and enforce best practices for design, security, and performance optimization
Qualification
Required
Active Secret clearance or above (Top Secret / TS-SCI preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
7+ years of experience in IT with at least 3+ years focused on Power Platform architecture and solution delivery
Strong hands-on experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Git, or GitHub for version control and CI/CD pipeline management
Proven experience implementing ALM strategies and automating build and release pipelines for Power Platform solutions
Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure integration patterns
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600)
Experience with environment strategy and Center of Excellence (CoE) setup
Knowledge of security models, data loss prevention policies, and role-based access control in Power Platform
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
