They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee logistics and supply chain projects within their 3PL operations, managing client projects and ensuring efficient execution of services.

Responsibilities

Ensure the warehouse operates at maximum efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by managing, organizing, training, and providing direction for a team of warehouse employees

Achieving all operational goals and service levels alongside the operations leadership team

Finding creative solutions for day-to-day operational challenges

Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring policies and procedures are followed

Supervise the warehouse's daily activities, including order fulfillment, quality assurance, inventory control, and logistics coordination

Manage eCommerce order fulfillment while achieving established service levels

Work directly with our Customer Support and Account Manager teams to ensure client deliverables are met

Oversee dynamic and changing customer needs such as special packaging, kitting, and bundling projects

Lead a highly productive and engaged team while removing obstacles to drive operational efficiencies

Support new client onboarding and creative fulfillment processes

May be required to perform other duties to meet the organization's ongoing needs

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables

Coordinate with the internal team regarding client projects

Present progress updates and resolve issues in real time

Identify process improvement opportunities (efficiency, cost reduction, accuracy)

Required

5+ years experience leading an operations team in a warehouse environment

Ability to learn new technologies and custom proprietary software quickly

Ability to hire, coach, train, and manage a team of 10 to 50 employees

An ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced changing environment

Detail Oriented, Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills

Fluent in English

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

Preferred

Understanding of OSHA and regulatory compliance is a plus

College degree preferred

Spanish is a plus
