Lead and support a team of software engineers building and operating services in a modern cloud environment

Partner with Product, UX, and Architecture teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-quality features for our users

Facilitate technical discussions and drive alignment on architectural and design decisions

Coach and mentor engineers, helping them grow their careers and build new skills

Collaborate with other engineering leaders to establish and improve engineering best practices across teams

Ensure projects are well-defined, well-executed, and delivered on schedule with high quality

Advocate for engineering excellence, including observability, reliability, and maintainability

Help foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture

Participate in hiring and onboarding efforts to build a diverse, world-class engineering team
