Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industries for outreach
Utilize various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn, to generate and qualify leads
Identify key decision-makers within target organizations and establish contact to introduce our services
Engage prospects through effective communication and tailored messaging to create interest and build relationships
Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria and the prospect's fit with our solutions
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads for further engagement
Schedule appointments and demonstrations for the sales team to present our services
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through ongoing communication, follow-up, and client entertainment
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adjust outreach strategies accordingly
Share valuable insights with the sales and marketing teams to enhance overall strategy
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM systems and lead generation tools
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
