Responsibilities
Read and comply with all company policies, including safety, standards, and procedures
Picks material from inventory for staging
Pack and unpack Customer equipment
Move material to and from shipping area, warehouse, and staging area
Keep warehouse clean and organized
Assist with inventory control, cycle counts and physical inventory
Pack, palletize and shrink wrap equipment for sales orders and projects
Post weights and shipping charges and prepares goods for final shipment
Process shipments via UPS, FedEx Ship Manager and FedEx LTL freight
Notifies the Warehouse Manager of any discrepancy of materials versus shipper’s documentation
Operates warehousing equipment including, but not limited to, manual pallet jack, hand truck, etc
Must be able to lift at least 60lbs
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Interact with internal departments to arrange return shipping of defective or unused materials
Process, pack and ship outbound Return Materials Authorizations (RMAs)
Send e-mail tracking information to all internal departments and update through service software
