Responsibilities
Assisting the plant in producing vehicles for the NA consumer market
Supporting implementations of lean manufacturing and Factory of Tomorrow technology
Providing technical troubleshooting, data analysis, and problem resolution for manufacturing applications & infrastructure on the plant floor
Leading efforts to ensure applications and technology meet Ford’s productivity and modernization goals
Interfacing daily with all business departments in the plant
Qualification
Required
High School Graduate or equivalent
Experience in Information Technology Operations
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Factory of Tomorrow technology
Experience with IIOT platform, software-defined networks, next-generation error proofing, and various mobility solutions and pilots
Technical troubleshooting skills
Data analysis skills
Problem resolution skills for manufacturing applications & infrastructure
Experience with distributed Cisco network
Ability to interface with various business departments in the plant
