Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Biocodex is a French family-owned pharmaceutical company focused on health-related products. The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will own the paid growth engine across various platforms, leading media partnerships and ensuring strategic and effective marketing efforts to reach new consumers.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day partnership with media agencies across Meta, YouTube, Google/Bing Paid Search, and TikTok. Pressure-test plans, enforce testing roadmaps, and drive budget reallocation based on performance
Establish channel guardrails (ROAS/CAC, incrementality hypotheses) and weekly/monthly scorecards
Build and maintain a clear channel mix rationale and seasonal plan aligned to brand and retail moments (e.g., Prime Days, Cough & Cold)
Own search governance: query-class framework, negative lists, match-type strategy, and ad copy iteration (with PRC alignment)
Partner with media agency to improve impression share on priority queries and protect high-intent coverage
Own the creator strategy and pipeline with influence agency e.g. briefs, selection, content QA, licensing/whitelisting, and PRC-ready deliverables
Lead agency on TikTok Shop and affiliates: manage product feeds/offers, creator seeding, paid affiliate deals, and GMV pacing; coordinate PRC for paid influencer assets
Forecast asset needs by channel and maintain a 4–6 week content runway
Drive a durable creative testing program (concepts, hooks, formats, UGC, whitelisting) and publish learnings
Own a single, exec-ready Monthly Business Review that covers channel scorecards, creative insights, paid search deep dive, and TikTok Shop/affiliate contribution
Use GA4, platform analytics, and Triple Whale to connect spend to outcomes; coordinate with measurement partners as needed
Partner with the Director and PRC lead to ensure all paid assets follow DSHEA and internal claims guidance; route through Veeva PromoMats where required
Collaborate closely with Owned/Lifecycle for landing page needs, promo alignment, and post-click experience

Required

4–6+ years in performance/growth marketing with multi-channel ownership (Meta, Google/Bing, TikTok), including paid search
Hands-on experience using UGC/creator content for ads (whitelisting, paid partnerships) and running affiliate/creator programs
Strong analytical skills (GA4, platform analytics, Excel/Sheets); comfort with incrementality and triangulating truth across tools (e.g., Triple Whale)
Clear, persuasive communicator, and proven agency leadership
Familiarity with regulated review workflows (PRC) and Veeva PromoMats

Preferred

D2C/CPG health & wellness experience; DSHEA familiarity
Shopify basics for landing page coordination
Exposure to MMMs
