Responsibilities

Drive and manage all men’s ecommerce photoshoots—maintaining visual standards, overseeing styling and photography, casting, selects, and retouching notes

Work closely with the Art Director, Men’s by researching and gathering creative references for campaigns, editorials, and seasonal storytelling, and assist on set for key shoots

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, styling, design, and production to bring creative projects from concept to completion

Curate and guide image selects for web, social, and marketing channels to ensure brand consistency

Balance multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail

Receive, interpret, and apply creative feedback with openness and professionalism, focusing on growth and refinement

Organizing and attending casting appointments

Travel for shoots within New York, and potential for travel beyond

Required

2+ years of experience as an art director, designer, or related creative role

A portfolio demonstrating a strong aesthetic point of view, cultural fluency, and clear creative perspective

Robust knowledge of photography, design, visual research, and creative references, with a strong understanding of composition, tone, and lighting

Proven ability to manage shoots or creative projects independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Knowledge of Adobe creative suite, Figma, and Capture One

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities

Deep understanding of brands, fashion, and culture relevant to the Kith world

A fast learner who's receptive to feedback and eager to grow creatively, taking on higher level creative projects over time
