They are seeking a highly experienced Customer Service Representative responsible for various tasks including data entry, answering phones, and tracking drivers, while providing excellent customer service in a dynamic environment.

Scheduling appts
Tracking drivers
Timely creation of Bill of Ladings (BOLs)
Printing orders, BOLs, and labels for the warehouse
Providing BOLs and photos to customers immediately upon shipment departure
Prompt customer responses
Ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously
Timely invoicing of customers after delivery or shipment
Ensuring timely updates of inbound/outbound shipments in inventory (within 24 hours)
Accurate entry of shipment details into the system
Proactively request Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for delayed deliveries/shipments
Timely ordering of office supplies to prevent stock outs
