Responsibilities

Serve as primary point of contact throughout implementation and beyond, cultivating relationships with key clinical and executive stakeholders while designing strategic engagement frameworks

Develop repeatable success processes, contribute to product roadmap via voice of the customer, and scale team capabilities as the business grows

Utilize clinical and operational data to drive decision-making, demonstrate value, reduce time to treatment, and improve patient outcomes across your client portfolio

Lead cross-functional teams to drive platform adoption among nursing and physician users, building narratives around clinical value that unlock natural expansion into new modules

Required

5+ years experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Consulting managing high-priority customers with proven track record of driving renewals and expansion

Executive presence with ability to lead and influence executive and frontline teams across varying backgrounds

Results-oriented approach with a track record of exceeding expectations and continuous improvement mindset
