Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to Drive program-level planning and manage business requirements for healthcare data systems

Conduct gap analysis , needs assessments, and resource planning to support project execution

Develop cost models and business case justifications for new initiatives

Oversee research efforts — market, operational, financial — to advise strategic direction

Work with engineering and product leads to guide system integration and data exchange solutions. Define and document interface requirements between systems

Qualification

HL7EDI 835Data integrationData validationCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline

4+ years of experience in business analysis or data integration roles within healthcare, payer, or health IT

Hands-on experience in supporting data exchange / integration workflows, claims processing, and remittance logic

Proficiency in data validation, profiling, and transformation

Strong skills in requirements HL7, FHIR, EDI 835

Ability to communicate complex ideas in business-friendly language
