They are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to build and maintain the foundation of their modern data stack, ensuring reliable data pipelines and enabling AI-assisted workflows to enhance decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain data pipelines between HubSpot, Omeda, Snowflake, and other core systems using tools like Fivetran, Airbyte, or dbt Cloud
Develop and maintain transformation layers (dbt/Coalesce) using a medallion architecture (bronze/silver/gold) to ensure clean, trusted, and reusable datasets
Maintain & Enhance dbt Cloud transformations and CI/CD pipelines in GitHub, including testing, linting, and code review workflows
Implement lightweight automations and event-driven workflows using n8n, Agentic, or similar orchestration tools
Prototype and operationalize practical AI use cases (e.g., ChatGPT or Claude for data validation, summarization, or reporting) in collaboration with business teams
Enforce standards for lineage, testing, and documentation to ensure reliability and transparency across data assets
Partner with marketing, events, and sales leaders to understand data needs and translate them into clean, automated workflows and dashboards
Support our agile dev/data culture; participate in sprints, retros, and shared decision-making on technical design and process
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data platform development
BS degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related discipline) required
Proven experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines (Fivetran, Airbyte, Stitch, etc.) and transformation models (dbt, Coalesce, SQLMesh)
Hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses
Proficiency in Python & SQL; comfortable with version control (GitHub)
Strong understanding of data modeling, lineage, and governance best practices
Familiarity with agile software development practices (sprint planning, retrospectives, estimation) and collaborative tools like Jira and GitHub
Excellent communication and collaboration; able to translate data concepts into business impact
Preferred
Experience integrating CRM, CDP, and third-party data into unified data models, especially if you've supported marketing automation, event registration, or audience enrichment workflows
Experience working in media, events, healthcare, or medtech environments
