Responsibilities
Provide analytical and operational support for Navy Enterprise Network (NEN) programs
Coordinate NEN service orders, troubleshooting, and seat refresh operations
Monitor NEN network performance and escalate complex issues as required
Interface with Functional Area Managers and technical teams to ensure service continuity
Maintain accurate documentation of NEN assets, incidents, and configuration changes
Assist in the development of NEN improvement and modernization initiatives
Qualification
Required
DoD Secret Security Clearance required
Six (6) years of professional experience supporting Navy Enterprise Networks
Proficiency in NEN order management and incident resolution tools
Strong communication and coordination abilities across technical teams
