Responsibilities
To coordinate and manage design, construction and occupancy activities for construction/renovation projects in the Healthcare environment including the Hospital and Clinics for Capital projects ($100,000 and up)
To deliver assigned projects under budget and on time and to coordinate the operationalization and occupancy of the completed projects with other project participants and Healthcare stakeholders while maintaining Patient Safety as the top priority
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Science, Architecture Construction Management or related field
Five (5) years of related experience
Preferred
Experience in Healthcare Construction
Certified Healthcare Construction (CHC) certification by the American Society for Healthcare Engineers (ASHE)
