Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of pricing and promotional initiatives (e.g., offers, win-backs, wholesale deals), from scoping to evaluation
Own the tracking and performance view of all subscription offers, ensuring consistency across teams and platforms
Analyze subscriber behavior, retention, and LTV to inform strategy and identify risks/opportunities
Recommend improvements to make pricing and promotions more scalable, efficient, and strategically balanced
Partner with finance, product, and marketing to build business cases and ensure decisions are grounded in data
Create tools, trackers, and dashboards that give the business visibility into pricing and promo performance
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in project management, business operations, or consulting
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations
Experience working cross-functionally across product, marketing, finance, and legal
Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting insights to stakeholders
Preferred
subscription or pricing experience strongly preferred
