Responsibilities

Work closely with senior engineers, UX designers, and product managers to develop AI-enhanced user experiences and conversational interfaces
Collaborate with other engineers to develop optimal architectural designs for LLM-powered frontend systems
Lead investigations into new design approaches, prototype emerging AI technologies, and evaluate technical feasibility
Mentor engineers within an existing "two pizza" scrum team on AI-integrated frontend development
Engage with customers and Amazon business partners to continuously improve product usability through intelligent UI solutions
Partner with other teams for cross-cutting features, especially in GenAI integration and RAG implementation

Required

2+ years of non-internship professional front end, web or mobile software development using JavaScript, HTML and CSS experience
1+ years of computer science fundamentals (object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving and complexity analysis) experience
Experience with object-oriented design
Experience using JavaScript frameworks such as angular and react

Preferred

1+ years of agile software development methodology experience
Experience with common front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS, TypeScript, and Node
